Our aim is to to enhance our school environment by strengthening the connection between families, whanau and the community

We are a passionate group of parents and teachers who meet once a month to discuss how best to support the school to achieve our mission statement.

Providing Financial Support

Our primary means of raising funds is an annual event. This money goes towards large projects at the school or supporting the teachers with smaller initiatives.

Supporting school functions:

From supporting and organising working bees to improve the school grounds to funding prizes for students at prize giving.
Teas, coffees and baking at school events

Inclusion and diversity:

Create connections to the broader community and within the school’s diverse groups.
Encourage diversity within the PFA team.

Community outreach:

The PFA, together with the school, are hosting talks presented by specialists on current issues and areas of concern. The aim is to hold a talk once a term and is open to all parents. We welcome feedback and suggestions on future talks.
